Cat Purchase Application

The following information is being requested to better match a potential buyer with the right kitten.  I select homes for my kittens very carefully because it is best in the long run, for all parties concerned.  Adding a feline to the household is like adding a family member.  It is a long-term commitment!

 

1.  Do you have other pets?  If yes, please describe them.

2.  Please describe your family.  Include ages of children.

3.  Are you certain that no one in the household is allergic to cats?

4.  Do you anticipate a move or change in job that would prevent you from having a cat or would mean leaving the cat alone at home frequently?
